Very unresponsive. A patient of this practice that cannot get them to refill a prescription. They don’t answer the phone and show no ability to do basic care. Desperately looking for a new practice.
Office staff members are horrible. Refused to provide services to individuals with disability. Staff refused to provide after summary documents. Even asked that we find different doctors, made false Adult protective services reports. Claiming that care provider were abusing the individual in order to remove the individual from our facilities. Horrible people/staff.
The office staff is Super polite and helpful. They will laugh at joke with you. They get you taken care of and ready for the Doctor
