The woman that works at the front desk was extremely rude. Unnecessarily rude. Stay away from this place if you’re looking for good service. Dr. Chen is great, I wish she’d find another place to practice. Don’t waste your time.
I'm not calling anyone else for any reason regarding this charge. That was what I called the office for again after I already called my insurance and told them yesterday. I checked my chart this morning and it said I was responsible for the payment because insurance denied it. Put it in collections. Not my problem at this point. I'm not paying after I asked and confirmed twice that my insurance was accepted.
I’ve seen Rebecca Chen for many many years, I actually followed her to this practice from another practice and have always been treated great by her!!
Dr Sabina does not care about her pateints, I had a Friday appointment. While I was waiting for her to come in she was in another room talking on the phone with a patient I could here her that is against HIPAA LAWS. I told her I could not breathe she said she would send some meds to CVS.......she never offered to call a ambulance.....NOTHING the office was empty.....when I came out her two staff member was looking on a social media cite ......I left there and now I have another Dr.
My Dr tripaty is the best bk he listens and he cares about me. And the staff is very helpful and amazing been there for 15 years
