Dr. Brown and the medical staff are amazing! The front-end receptionists, not so much. I was guided to sit on one side of the very busy lobby after checking in on a kiosk, and did not hear my name called. My phone rang, and it’s the office. A receptionist (Val or something) tells me she’s been calling my name for a while. I, purposefully keeping an ear out, heard nothing. I walk over to where her desk is to check in.
