I'd like to leave an appreciation review for the staff at Mercy Lutherville. I've been a patient for many years and my experience has been 95% positive. My hope is that Ms Y. Scurry will see this and know how much I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, concern for the time she gave me. In assisting me with getting my procedure scheduled. Had the most racist experience ever. The lady that called me to the rear informed me to get dressed while I was waiting to get my ultrasound. She watched me as if I was a criminal. Then the Ultrasound tech came and told me to take my clothes back off..WOW!! The first lady stated that she was wondering why I was just sitting there. After the ultrasound I was told that I can now put on my clothes while I wait for the doctor. I asked for some privacy because the door was open. If you go to the left after check in, there's three large sections you can approach. Each section has many windows listing doctors names. In that center section of windows to the left to approach for appointments four female staff members were rude to me; all very brief interactions, the last time I was there.
