Been goin here for years now! I'm paralyzed, an tho I don't have anything else wrong, the past 8yrs bein in this chair, Dr's jus think I'm "to much" to deal wit, or somethin. But not Katie, an the rest of the girls, here at Mercy Medical! They've went above an beyond for me! They truly "care" bout their patients! Have recommend them many family members, who now go there to!
This Melinda palliza lady kept asking me questions and then wouldn’t let me answer. Kept talking over me, when I told her that she was talking over me… she told me I wasn’t answering her questions. Yeah. That complete lack of self awareness and treatment of others causes more health problems than it solves. Don’t ever let your healthcare provider treat you that way.
