Made an appt for 730am. The building was dark and nobody was in the office. Had to come 15 minutes early, for fetal medicine and yet even at 730 nobody was inside. I made this appointment this early for a reason and this will be the 3rd time Mercy has let my Healthcare fall through the cracks.
Dont go. Had Paige. EACH TIME she did my ultrasounds she rushed it and wouldn't try to get a profile pic at all and wouldn't print any out for us. Was rude snippy when my fiance asked a question or would be snippy towards myself. She took 5 mins and said well I cant get her profile each time we went without trying! When thats what you look forward to going into a ultrasound! Is seeing your baby! Then for fetal monitoring had Sherri and O man was she extreamly rude! My husband & I went in every 2 weeks to the O’Fallon location for fetal monitoring during my last pregnancy. We worked with Jenny each time and I cannot say enough positive things about her! She was always so kind, personable, and made us feel well informed, and comfortable during every visit. She even visited me in the hospital during my labor with my daughter; she truly became a friend. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, as she is phenomenal!
