Sadly my review… is not mean or happy. I did not feel that this was not program for me. I was scared of not being cared for little time was there. I am sure that had with compatibility not fixed right. I cried for my mom at times was not with her. My mom knew i was scared in the day time and at night. I dodged living there…cause i was to scared. I dodged bullet leaving as soon as i could . I am sorry experience could not surpass needing my Mom. Just a couple days…it sad to say . Owner is a pain. He needs to get his stuff together and he doesn’t pay people, right. They are always out of the country. They didn’t pay me my overtime since I started and my wife as well. If I could rate worst I would especially after him calling My Wife to ask her to remove this from the ratings.

I worked with this company for 7 months and found it to be one of the easiest jobs in homecare. The policies are clear and direct, making your job simpler. All you need is to meet expectations and get the work done. Management is hands-off and trust you to do your job. They won't bother you unless you give them a reason to.The pay is top-notch.
