Husband showed up on his only day off to find his doctor didn't show up! Who has chronic pain and they could care less. Anyways I would avoid this office in general.
I'm still waiting to get a call back just to be seen to get a primary care provider..
Between the countless times of driving down there for my doctor to no show to my appointment; my doctor physically quitting. This place just isn't the one, personally I'd avoid.
I was a patient of Lake Shastina Clinic for 15 yrs +...I was very satisfied with Jill and Phil MILLER....and equally satisfied FNP Jeffrey Ott..he was fantastic. Jeffrey Ott was extremely knowledgeable and really addressed all my issues so well...and a great musician!!
Pleasant, professional, and helpful.. Enjoy my visits.
