Mercy Lake Shastina and their staff are the best.
5 stars, easy. Kristin and the clinic have treated me very well. This clinic not only does a great job at treating my wife and I, but they also bill appropriately and properly. This is important because the hidden reason a lot of billing problems occur at clinics is due to improper or incorrect billing. One of the only doctors around that has Monday appts. My appts have never been rescheduled. I am a very private person, and I find Dr. Roggow easy to talk to. He is eagar to find solutions and doesn't push things I am not comfortable with on me and my healthcare. I am happy to have found him and he is here in our area.
The care is good when you can actually get in… I’m not joking when I say almost every single appointment I have is cancelled and rescheduled by them. They don’t seem to have any intention of improving that either as it’s been a pattern of theirs for some time. Extremely frustrating but almost comical at this point.
Husband showed up on his only day off to find his doctor didn't show up! Who has chronic pain and they could care less. Anyways I would avoid this office in general.
