They denied to my test because I had past due. Tech said nothing is free.
I went there to get lab work and they wouldn’t take me. Said they were closed and it was well before 4pm. That’s terrible customer service. This was yesterday.
The nurse bruised me so bad and I was in pain all day after a simple blood draw at the lab! She was rude to me and yelled at me for moving my arm? She was demanding payment for something I had no idea about? what? Since when is a nurse sitting there demanding some outrageous payment which does not even make sense? She did not know what she was talking about either! I just went to get simple lab work! She even laughed at me for whatever reason? Rude! I will never go back here again!
