This is my favorite place in the area to get blood work done. I've had to get labs quite a bit recently, and this location is very convenient. They have a nice, large waiting area and the wait is usually 15 minutes or less. The phlebotomist is excellent and make the process quick and painless. If your doctor is on the Mercy system, everything is quick and easy to check in. I've only had paperwork issues when labs are faxed over instead of being on the system.
This location has missed the same important test on three out of my last four visits. Not sure what their quality control problem is but will have to look at a different provider as this is VERY important to me! 10/24/19 follow up. I gave them one more try and the next lab work was done correctly. Unfortunately on my next visit, two days ago, they lost one of my samples. Today I had bloodwork done at this Mercy location. Jalynn drew my blood and she was the best. She is professional, competent and very caring. I work for Mercy and I am extremely proud that she does too!
