I am now dealing with a second blown vein. Last year around this time, for my annual bloodwork, the technician worked quickly and blew a vein. I was bruised for three weeks. This year, I decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe she was just having an off day last year. Now, not only do I have a ton of bruising, there’s a lump under the draw site. I’ve read this is normal and will go away, but after this, I’ll be getting my annual bloodwork done elsewhere.
Terrible service. If you have a complicated order they will make you wait for hours to process and belittle you for the trouble you are causing them. One of the worse experiences in health care.
