I hate to be negative, but I believe this needs to be brought to management’s attention. This lab is now Quest diagnostics/DLO, but this is the only listing I could find. Anyway I went for bloodwork at the Mercy Tower on the 8th floor. The woman that tried to draw my blood coughed and covered her mouth with her gloved hand, and to my horror went back to trying to stick me without changing her gloves.
