I am a hard person to get blood from, but this office and everybody who takes blood seems to do so , so easily. I wish they could get a recognition b because they so deserve it. And they are so pleasant to me anytime I go.
Friendly staff! Just had a mammogram & it took less than 15 minutes & the tech was so nice; walked me through every step & even made sure my skin wasn’t stuck to the machine as I was pulling away. And she used the hang crank when she got close to the breast so the machine didn’t squeeze too hard. Been going here for years & will be back!
10-11am is BUSY. The check-in is on a small tablet (kiosk). There is one TV and it runs on a loop of information and TV programs. The information says the kiosk will make a noise for those with visual impairment, but it does not. It also says a different number than what I found online for scheduling. It says it so fast, too. My wait time started at 15 minutes on the screen, but according to my Google timeline it took 45 minutes. I also did not get a text notification like it said there would be.
