Was referred here by the VA for a spinal injury image. Very professional and polite and understanding of my service dog. A month later when the VA had not followed up at all, I contacted them here at Mercy and they were wonderful. Found my information and test results then went above and beyond to help me resend the info to the VA, set it up so I could also pick up copies as a backup to the VA forgetting about me again. Thank you for your assistance to an old Marine.
Absolutely horrible. Ever since Quest took over it has been difficult at best to get lab work done and/or done properly. Randomly closing the office with no warning other than a paper sign. Phlebotomy is difficult because they can't find a vein, so they go digging for it like its the Alaskan Gold Rush. Training and bedside manner is lacking. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Wait times are excessive. I walked in, there were only 2 other people in the waiting room. After checking in, I saw their 2 names on the TV before mine, and my wait time showed as 15min. So far, so good. It took over 30 minutes for them to call in those 2 people and get get to me. They need to better estimate wait times and respect people's time.
This place suckss!!! Attitude big time ! If nobody else will say it I will, I don't believe they like waiting on somebody of a different color.
