They're always very friendly and fast. Good at drawing blood without hurting you. They have magazines in the waiting room again. It only took about 5 minutes to be in and out when my husband needed his blood work done. You write your name on the board and ring a bell and they bring you right back.
They do a great job the people there are super friendly
I went there for blood work for about 10 tests, well a few days after i got a phone call saying the pregnancy test was negative. Uh what? I didnt go there for a pregnancy test i went there for different tests... lets just say my dr is not happy with that area also. when she drew my blood she was very rough and left a huge bruise And the older lady at the desk, I'm not sure what her name is, she was very very rude. I hate that i have to go back there again and get the tests done i was supposed to get done to begin with.
Sitting waiting for 2 HOURS forcbc labs to come back to see if I need a shot. Throughly disgusted
My father in law has monthly labs. Despite asking at check in which labs they are drawing and them repeating them back correctly- twice they have drawn the incorrect labs necessitating another trip with people who have difficulty transporting and walking. Now that Quest has taken over the lab they have the self check in Kiosks. So there is no opportunity to ensure the correct insurance is in- that the correct orders are found. Plus while I was there- every person over 60ish needed help. A touch pad kiosk may be great to save... read more
