I had lab orders from multiple doctors and one of them was a duplicate. The lady taking my blood told me I had to choose which one I wanted I didn’t know what to tell her because I don’t know the ramifications of that decision for insurance and doctors purposes So she starts shaking her head at me huffing up a storm asking if I wanna pay twice I got up and left because I’m not letting anybody stick with a needle that want to shake her chicken head at me.
Another bad experience at Mercy Lab. I literally get anxiety leading up to having to even walk into the Mercy Lab. Today it was Johnna. She was 100% unfriendly, doing these passive aggressive things to me like making me have to move toward her for EVERYTHING (like handing my credit card over, or handing the label to me to verify my name spelling, and then handing the labels back). Went to the ER about 1:00 am severe abdominal pain. Got me right in and didn't have to wait. Admittance was a breeze. Nursing staff and doctors were excellent very professional and explained all the procedures. Was very satisfied with whole experience. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone.
