Son’s physician from Children’s made arrangements for us to have sons lab test done in Fort Smith instead of driving to Little Rock. Clue 1. Girl at front desk didn’t have a clue what children’s hospital is. 2. After calling ahead to be sure orders were received arrive and they were clueless. 3. The had to get the kit together. In total it took almost and hour for something we should have been able to walk in give our name and pick it up. Poor management and full of excuses.
