Make sure you understand what this program actually is and if it can help you with what you need. It is only group therapy and meetings with Nurse practitioners about meds. No personal therapy no where to process deep feelings unless you find it on your own and lots of worksheets. The people that work here are very kind and trying their best to help everyone and I am thankful for the help I received but it was not what I truly needed to move beyond surviving to thriving .
Can you just hire more maybe middle aged people and not think we will all run away on our smoke breaks
