As a Veteran who’s made to deal with horrible customer service and many rude and indignant people at the St Louis VA hospital. I was sent to Mercy for my mammogram, thank God! My nurse was wonderful. She was so kind and listened to my nervous chatter while she politely got me through the process. Thank you so much to everyone I came into contact with that day. Reminded me that there are people out there that do a great job with a great attitude!!
Fast service. But they do not disclose the full cost. If they say your bill is $186 and you pay that $186 in full, even if your balance says $0, you WILL get another bill the mail. Mercy told me this is because they do not have their own radiologists, so they have to contract out and you will owe that company as well. I had my mammogram done on the morning of 10/24 at the Mercy clinic at 300 Winding Woods Dr., O'Fallon MO. Wish I remembered the lady's name but she was so professional, caring and compassionate. She took her time explaining things. I highly recommend Mercy at this facility
