The staff is very professional
I showed up at 7 am as instructed to be told they could not do my MRI. No one notified me. Also, they did not have a front desk person. They need to figure it out or give it up. Schedule somewhere else.
No way I’m coming there ! Larenzo- person on the phone taking my info , we got disconnected and when I called back she didn’t even apologize then put me on hold for 11 minutes and so on and so .. bad experience all the way around and I’m just thankful I didn’t waste my time going there !!!!!AND Mr.Tim Blomberg it seems to me like you reply to the review with the same message to everyone… hay you all … thanks for nothing!
My doctor sent me to get an X-ray of my foot. I get there and am told they don't have it. They get it but have to wait for mercy to send it to imaging. I am not very happy
This place was an amazing! From the front desk people to the techs, however this time one of the techs, she did my grandmothers X-Ray, she didn’t seem happy to be at her workplace and it was very noticeable. She’s an older lady very petite and small with long wavy blonde hair. I get life sucks, but when you work with patients and their health having good etiquette goes a long way, when someone says thank you you’re at least supposed to say you’re welcome before walking away like you hated doing your job.
