This place was an amazing! From the front desk people to the techs, however this time one of the techs, she did my grandmothers X-Ray, she didn’t seem happy to be at her workplace and it was very noticeable. She’s an older lady very petite and small with long wavy blonde hair. I get life sucks, but when you work with patients and their health having good etiquette goes a long way, when someone says thank you you’re at least supposed to say you’re welcome before walking away like you hated doing your job. Fraudulent MRI billing. They quote a price and have you pay prior to imaging, and then bill for more later. Other MRI facilities do not do this. Recommend going elsewhere, Sunset Hills Imaging and Professional Imaging did not do this for other family members and were amazing to deal with!
The lady Amy who did my mamagram was great very sweet and gentle with the test
My CT was scheduled for 4pm, and I walked into the CT room right at 4!! Staff was courteous and made my experience a good one. I was walking out 6 minutes after my appointment!
I would give a 0 star rating if I could. By far the worst service and professionalism I’ve ever experienced in a medical care facility.
