I showed up at 7 am as instructed to be told they could not do my MRI. No one notified me. Also, they did not have a front desk person. They need to figure it out or give it up. Schedule somewhere else.
No way I’m coming there ! Larenzo- person on the phone taking my info , we got disconnected and when I called back she didn’t even apologize then put me on hold for 11 minutes and so on and so .. bad experience all the way around and I’m just thankful I didn’t waste my time going there !!!!!AND Mr.Tim Blomberg it seems to me like you reply to the review with the same message to everyone… hay you all … thanks for nothing!
My doctor sent me to get an X-ray of my foot. I get there and am told they don't have it. They get it but have to wait for mercy to send it to imaging. I am not very happy
This place was an amazing! From the front desk people to the techs, however this time one of the techs, she did my grandmothers X-Ray, she didn’t seem happy to be at her workplace and it was very noticeable. She’s an older lady very petite and small with long wavy blonde hair. I get life sucks, but when you work with patients and their health having good etiquette goes a long way, when someone says thank you you’re at least supposed to say you’re welcome before walking away like you hated doing your job. Fraudulent MRI billing. They quote a price and have you pay prior to imaging, and then bill for more later. Other MRI facilities do not do this. Recommend going elsewhere, Sunset Hills Imaging and Professional Imaging did not do this for other family members and were amazing to deal with!
