Appt was scheduled for a Monday at 9:15 am and I was told to be there no later than 8:45 am. I sat in the waiting room over 2 hours from my scheduled time and arrived at 8:30 am to ensure I wouldn't be late. Most importantly, I had to fast for this and have been up since 6 am. The techs walk by me without acknowledging that everyone has gone before me and the room is empty. It was full when I got here!
