I had a mammogram almost 3 weeks ago. The radiologist still has not read the images, as they claim they are still waiting for a disk from my last mammogram facility. The old location already sent the disk, but apparently can't send electronically since Mercy uses a different data exchange program. Meanwhile, I sit here with no results, and I am told it might be at least 30 days to get my results. This is beyond absurd. Please DO NOT use Mercy for any imaging services that you want results within a normal timeframe.
