Rude individual on line after my 3rd attempt to schedule & hung up, unfriendly & also system calls which can't actually schedule you & then is also unable to get in Contact with the department I need to schedule with. I said, no wonder there is only 1.7 score- and lmao, was told I was yelling. I look forward to hearing that recording with a supervisor.

I received a voicemail intended for a different patient. I called back to let them know about the mistake and explained that I did not listen to the full message because I was uncomfortable potentially hearing someone else’s medical information. Thankfully, it did not appear to be test results. The staff member I spoke with did not seem concerned or urgent and simply acknowledged it. Don’t waste your money at this (and probably any) Mercy imaging center! My doctor scheduled an ultrasound at this facility that would have cost me $916 with insurance and $3000 without. I decided to find out what other imaging centers charge, and the first place I called (Touchstone) told me without insurance it would cost $200. If you’re going to charge 15 times that it better include an all expenses paid vacation to Europe.

Last Spring (2024) I had a duplicative mammogram and ultrasound leading up to a biopsy. I wanted my dad, a physician, to come back with me. The staff did not allow this, and I could hear the tech loudly complaining that my dad had even dared to ask as I was changing. Upon getting results, staff tried to not let me consult with my dad before proceeding with the biopsy until I threatened to get dressed and leave. Whoever just called me was absolutely rude. Telling me to identify my info over phone and couldn’t tell me what. She should NOT be working in Customer anything.
