Last Spring (2024) I had a duplicative mammogram and ultrasound leading up to a biopsy. I wanted my dad, a physician, to come back with me. The staff did not allow this, and I could hear the tech loudly complaining that my dad had even dared to ask as I was changing. Upon getting results, staff tried to not let me consult with my dad before proceeding with the biopsy until I threatened to get dressed and leave. Whoever just called me was absolutely rude. Telling me to identify my info over phone and couldn’t tell me what. She should NOT be working in Customer anything.

I scheduled a Pet scan two weeks ago for an appointment on tomorrow. I received back to back calls today to inform me that the insurance approval is still pending. I ask when the authorization request was submitted and the Representative told me it was submitted yesterday. I call the insurance company who confirm that they recd the request at 1245pm yesterday, but requires at least 48 hours to review. Lady who did my ultrasound was not kind to us. She didn’t offer pictures either. Super upset I couldn’t have pictures of our baby.

Techs were great but ladies at registration were extremely rude. Plus one lady just stared at me that wasn’t even helping me. And I looked at her and stared back. No reason for her to do that. And I witnessed them being rude to others also and then talking about patients after they walked off. Extremely unprofessional. And will be reporting to my surgeon.
