I had my mammogram done on the morning of 10/24 at the Mercy clinic at 300 Winding Woods Dr., O'Fallon MO. Wish I remembered the lady's name but she was so professional, caring and compassionate. She took her time explaining things. I highly recommend Mercy at this facility

Made an appointment far in advance. Showed up on time, signed in and was then ignored by check in staff. They checked in other people before me and I finally walked up to the front to make sure I was checked in. Fast forward, I have now been here 45 minutes past my appointment time and the check in staff call me up to say the tech has left for the day. She thought I was a no-show. I am very upset.
