I was ordered to have a CT and stat, but the person and people who are responsible for imaging and scheduling are horrible. I was on the phone trying to schedule a CT for over 45 minutes. First, they didn't code it right as a stat CT, then they didn't have anything available at the Tesson Ferry location for over a week. When I said I could come to the hospital location, I was given a time but she scheduled it wrong, so we had to go back to the beginning. Went in for an MRI. I had not gotten one before. I was not explained anything about the MRI, which caused unnecessary anxiety while within the MRI machine. The team there is not equipped to deal with anyone that has anxiety about sounds or small spaces as they don't know how to reassure someone, just get them in and out. I had an HSG test done at Mercy. The staff were all very friendly and the Dr that performed the test was very fast to make it as painless as possible. I had good results that I didn’t expect and the tech was so sweet and congratulated us. Couldn’t be happier!

I have very bad anxiety, and they were so KIND and UNDERSTANDING throughout my whole barium swallow test! Didn’t catch their names but they made me feel so much better

I had to get a CTA there today, and was a bit anxious about it. Every single person I came in contact with, from reception to the CT lab, was so incredibly kind and comforting. I was also in and out before my original appointment which almost never happens. I'd definitely return to this location for imaging in the future.
