Terrible, terrible experience. The Ultrasound Tech was rude, she didn’t even let me or my husband see the screen until the end where she gave us a 30 second glance of the baby. She was irritable and unprofessional. Definitely not the environment you want to be in when getting to see the image of your baby for the first time. She really acted like she was gate keeping the scan and When I asked if we can get pictures she acted annoyed and told us we could take a picture on our phone when she was done.
If there was a less than 1 star I would have chosen it. The worst MRI team I have ever encountered. They were reported and I was never even given a courtesy call back. This system in aurora is flawed don’t go here
