Went to Mercy on Smizer Mill in Fenton to get a x-ray. I had to use a phone to register. The person taking my info on the phone was so rude I couldn't believe it. I hung up and won't go back there. Very disappointed. ☹️
Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been calling everyday, three times a day for almost a week to schedule an appt and no one ever answers the phone. Awful office. If you’re looking for a mercy lab, don’t choose this one.
Rude front desk. They wouldn’t let me finish my sentences, or explain the procedures to me. Nurses were nice, but won’t be returning here due to the attitude from front desk staff member.
