The lady who did my scan was completely ignorant as to what report would print out and how I could get it. She said they don't have a printer, so she couldn't print anything for me. She said I'll have to talk with the doctor to see about getting my result report. I went to Mercy Hospital St Louis the last 2 years for my scan, but this one was closer. Came in with my wife and the woman at the desk was on a obviously personal call on the office phone laughing and talking loudly ignoring patients who came in and asking the other woman who was there to take care of the people she was on the phone at least 35 minutes and everyone in the waiting room could hear her she is very unprofessional
I got imaging done in December, didn't recieve my bill until March 11 (sorry couldn't even use my 2024 FSA). They failed to mention in their estimate that I'd get another, separate bill, from West County Radiology, who doesn't participate in Mercy financial assistance program. Had I known that, I wouldn't have even gotten it done here (or maybe at all).
I had a mammogram performed at this location which I was told I needed a biopsy. I had the biopsy performed and now I have a hole in my under arm that will not heal. I have tried communicating with a lady named Brenda but, so far she has not been of any help. She is not even following up with a phone call like she says she will. I wrote write review but wrong place. This imaging center I've been going to for years. Everyone here was so nice n kind. I could not be more happy with everyone at this facility. I never have waited long. They had to put like a wire in my breast after I got diagnosed with cancer. They did awesome job!! then also I love these people nurses,radiation techs, practice students!! Front desk!! All of the workers...are so nice n kind. They go beyond n above. Also I'm disabled They always help me on n off tables. Thank u wonderful ... read more
