Mercy Housing is not affordable housing. They raise the rent every year until we have to apply for Government assistance. They raise it higher than our SSI. How is that affordable? Mercy Housing claims to be nonprofit. That is has to be a lie. Nothing is improved on the property but they still raise the rent so they make a profit.
