Had to reach out to the ombudsman about a confrontational nurse, provoking patient, and putting lies in patients record. I originally wrote a long review but decided to take my complaint straight to the source. Do not come to this location.
Nurse and dr had an attitude until they knew my foot really was broken from xrays. Charged me for a boot and never bothered to attach my insurance or call and just billed me directly. 3 hours on the phone and my insurance finally went through, veterans beware, they won't even attempt to bill the va insurance. They did nothing they were supposed to do and pushed it off onto me knowing it's there job. Will never go back.
Warning: If you are coming here thinking this is an Urgent care facility think again. The doctors will bill your insurance as an Urgent Care however the Cleveland Clinic will charge you crazy facility fees that may not be covered by your insurance. This will not be explained to you.
Nicole one of the nurses/doctors was very disrespectful and rushed me off the phone! I preferred another medication instead of what was prescribed. It’s the same medicine just different forms. I was very respectful and she demand that I take what is order to the pharmacy. As a patient, your patient know what’s best for their body. Why go back and forth causing frustration on the patient.
