DO NOT GO HERE FOR LABS! Door hours are incorrect. Showed up on a weekend and turned away with the response “we no longer have weekend lab hours, we just haven’t updated the times on the door.” You seriously can’t handwrite a note and tape it on, to save people a wasted trip? So, fasted again and showed up Monday morning. This time the room started filling up, and after waiting 20 minutes everyone was told the tech didn’t show up for their shift, so we could all try again another day, or drive to the Jackson location. Awful. They hit me with a $670 bill for a flu visit. Ive paid $150-170 at any other urgent care. I literally ask the doctors for the meds I want. They dont even do anything outside ask questions.
For blood work....just walk in....never ever made an appointment. Good staff... competent
