Awful. They hit me with a $670 bill for a flu visit. Ive paid $150-170 at any other urgent care. I literally ask the doctors for the meds I want. They dont even do anything outside ask questions.
For blood work....just walk in....never ever made an appointment. Good staff... competent
Michelle DuPlain, a physician's assistant clearly has a superiority complex and is very prideful absolutely hates to have informed patients if you understand what's going on with your body or if you come in to ask for treatment on something that has already been previously diagnosed it will hurt her feelings that you already have either knowledge or an opinion on your health very ignorant very arrogant absolutely no bedside manner horrendous experience walked out before I ever even got the treatment I needed. Amazing experience taking my son in tonight. Kind and compassionate staff from check in to the nurse and physician. The nurse brought my son a stuffed animal to hold on to and take home with him which was so thoughtful. Dr. Vaughn was amazing and I wish we could request her if we have to go back for any reason. It was honestly the best care we’ve ever received in an urgent care facility.
