I would give them a zero if I could. Made an appointment for a blood draw. 30 minutes of waiting. Asked what the delay was. We had alot of walk ins was their reply. In what world do walk ins have priority over appointments. Avoid this place at all costs
Got in and our in less than an hour for 2 labs All of the women that helped me were very friendly!
They obviously don’t abide by the HIPA laws! My husband had COVID and needed a slip for work due to missing more than 3 days. He sent a snapshot to his job who in turn contacted the doctor he saw to discuss his release to go back to work. If this was a visit due to a work incident I could see them discussing his visit, HOWEVER this was a visit due to an illness which means they had NO RIGHT to discuss his visit with them!! Got in quickly and people were mostly friendly, but I called prior to make sure they would address my situation here so I didn't waste my time. They said yes over the phone but when I got here the doctor said he wasn't that type of specialist and couldn't do the exam. Wasted trip.
