Did not see my one month old when he needed to be seen today and we did have an appointment scheduled for today and they said he was not on the schedule
Leaving a 1 star review because of prices at an urgent care is ridiculous... when I look at reviews I want to know how you were treated, did you wait forever, was it clean, etc. Everyone there was wonderful this morning when I brought my daughter in for an unexplained rash on her face. Kim was so kind and did everything she could to help. She listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. They deserve more 5 stars for sure!
I have not been here in years since it was taken over by Cleveland Clinic. Before then it was a good place overall though maybe a little over priced. But now that Cleveland Clinic is in possession of it, it's WAY WAY overpriced if you happen to be self pay. I will definitely NOT be going here unless I'm taken here while unconscious or something. Definitely go somewhere else if at all possible, particularly if your self-pay. It would be better to drive the extra distance than pay such unbelievable prices.
Charged me $1500 for five minutes. $435 for a shot of Benadryl for a migraine that I could have gotten over the counter. Complete waste of money and time.
BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! I should have read the other recent reviews , I went here for a cut in my hand that needed stitches and got charged just under $2000 dollars for 6 stiches and a tetanus shot. All kinds of random charges $577 new patient visit( I've been here in the past before it got bought) 2 separate 450+ dollar charges for the wound repair one from the physician and one from the hospital, a random $139 clinic charge and $166 for the tetanus shot plus another $145 just to administer it.
