Worst experience I have ever had, always have loved mercy hospital for years always have been my go to hospital, I came in with headaches for for five days non stop, I was put in a room after 2 hours of waiting, after another hour Dr came in after PA and student, Dr said wanted to do X-rays of my brain to make sure that I had nothing going on, nurse came in after waiting 2 hours after Dr said X-ray, told me to get up I was going to X-ray, I was laying down resting after they gave me the headache cocktail they call it mixed w... read more

The care at Mercy Hospital Emergency Room was Excellent. Nurses were very caring and met all the patients needs. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. So happy to find my new go to hospital. thank you Mercy and your staff.

On September 21 I was transport to Mercy Hospital from wellness urgent care Dunkirk NY having a heart attack thanks to everyone for saving my life and a big shout to Nurse Allsun hope correct spelling.9/23 /21 day shift 722W being from Iowa She help.me up and above the call duty AWESOME.PERSON Thanks so much

I have been in Mercy Hospital several times. A few of the times for outpatient care and most recently for acute appendicitis. Every time I was there, I was treated with respect and a knowledgeable staff. I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. Everyone explained to me in detail what the procedure(s) were going to be and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you all for everything.

As you will see, a doctor rat-finked on a new mother for "drugs", when all she had done was eat some poppy-seed topped baked goods.
