Family member with a life threatening asthma attack was treated inhumanely. COVID negative. Delayed treatment, struggling to breathe and forced to wear a mask when lungs aren’t working and is slipping in and out of consciousness. Threatened to be kicked out of the hospital and deny treatment if mask isn’t pulled over nose when patient is clearly struggling to breathe already and isn’t being treated. Unprofessional staff who clearly have forgotten their hippocratic oath. These “hEaLtH pRoFfEsSiOnALs” should find another job i... read more

I will never ever recommend Mercy hospital to anyone. They falsely charged my insurance company for things that didn't even happen. They charged the insurance company for me seeing a ER doctor that I never saw. While in the ER no doctor came into the room at all. after being there an hour 45 minutes a doctor comes around the corner ( how I knew he was a Dr his tag hanging from his neck said DR) and tells me that I have a two hour cap and have to leave in 15 minutes. They also charged my insurance company for IV fluids that I... read more
I cannot thank the staff enough , from multiple departments , for saving my brothers life!! It is truly amazing what you guys do and I am forever grateful. Business response:
Thank you, Jamie. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your brother's experience and acknowledging our staff.
I have been in Mercy Hospital several times. A few of the times for outpatient care and most recently for acute appendicitis. Every time I was there, I was treated with respect and a knowledgeable staff. I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. Everyone explained to me in detail what the procedure(s) were going to be and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you all for everything.
had a baby in May & one of my nurses in the maternity ward (they were all absolutely wonderful) but I believe her name was Kim & she worked overnights..she was the kindest sweetest woman. she treated my babygirl like her own & was great with her. even gave her her first little bath.. I had the best experience even being stuck in my room the whole time I wouldnt have wanted to be at any other hospital!!! thank you all so much.
