I’ve been to the ER several times with my dad and Grandmother , and everyone here is incredibly kind. My dad and Grandmother always receives excellent care. Dr. Maria J. Rosario is the sweetest, most caring doctor. I couldn’t be happier with the hospital and its administration.
Everyone one here from staff to doctors are respectful, kind and caring. I feel cared for and heard. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Came to the ER because I needed a surgery done. The check in process was very easy, but once I got to the ER, it’s like they just threw me in a area and forgot about me half the time. The area they put me in had a broken TV. The nurses i had were very nice so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. They took my blood and made me feel comfortable. But then they would leave me alone for hours and not check up on me. I was there since 8:30am and even after 5pm I still didn’t receive any breakfast/lunch. Everyone says "no one writes good reviews when things go right, they just move on with their lives," but I think Mercy deserves a good review. Went the the (fairly empty) ER just after midnight on a Fri, and was out of there by 3pm after an emergency surgery. I already had an idea of what the problem was, so I think that helped speed things along, but everyone was great during all the processes.
