This ER is horrible. I came in with my daughter who is super sick. I sat for 4 hours. And they told me they would check on us never once did a nurse come check on us let alone ask if my daughter was able to use the restroom. Mind you 10 people have come and gone and been transferred out. The lobby was full. This isn’t the first time something like this happened. We can never get ahold of anyone in radiology. They call and leave a message for you to call them back, and they don't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. This has happened on several occasions. Terrible service there.
Last time I was there was refused pain meds four kidney stones. Daughter transported me to Grand forks for care. Never go there again
