I went into the ER for a bee sting and the new ER was super nice. Nurse was good but the doctor sucked he had absolutely no bedside manner at all. Made me feel like I was wrong for coming in, wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying, I literally had to talk over him so I could get out what I had to say. I don’t recommend going there if that is how the staff is which is a total shame.
Nurses in the ER in Devils Lake are horribly controlling and rude. For a small town, hopefully they won't last but that seems to be the acceptable behavior and not an exception. Went to ER again because my EKG or something. The doctor and nurse were much more focused on me, so I don't know. But, now it takes a 30 minute phone call to try to make my payments.
I had a very positive experience with both procedures. I had at your facility last week both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. The care before during an after was excellent.
