Horrible business practices. This business approached me with a 20% discount on my bill if I prepaid. After many calls and supposed agreements on the bill (they provided the amount I needed to pay accounting for the discount, which I paid) they continued to bill me for the agreed discount. Continued on to threaten collections while admitting that the problem was on their end. I got fed up with endless phone conversations and just paid the 20% to get it behind me and NEVER do business with these dishonest crooks again.
