I emailed them with a concern and they responded by threatening to send the bill I was making payments on to collections. Avoid anything Essentia if possible. Edit: I contacted patient feedback before I made this comment. They did not help at all and went out of their way to make the problem worse.
Go anywhere else but there
Went to urgent care here. We were seen within 3 minutes of waiting. Staff was wonderful and attentive to the issues brought up. We were respected and cared for during the visit. We were able to get a prescription and leave urgent care quickly
If you want to survive, please go elsewhere. The ER Dr's are horrible at not diagnosing properly. Especially heart issues. Very disappointed. If it's your heart, get to Regions if there is time.
I’m extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at Essentia. This morning, my appointment was canceled 40 minutes before it was scheduled, after I had rearranged my day to attend. I was told the cancellation was due to the doctor caring for another patient. Canceling appointments at the last minute shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. This was the last straw.
