My experience is great. My aide is very helpful and nice. The company is very accommodating and professional. I've never had any issues. I don't know what these other reviews are about but I am currently having a positive experience with them.
This company needs to be investigated. The aid assigned was not professional or trained properly. She did not want to work just sat around. Did not follow basic instructions. They need a overhaul. Some of the office staff is rude and will not answer basic questions.
The pay is low all the work sits are veary nasty
One of the worst agency to work for no raise horrible cases poor staff
