Dr Ferrara saved my life and is very knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner.
My wife went here on the order of a new doctor within the mercy network to get a heart monitor, unfortunately she waited two hours for a simple pick up of a heart monitor device because the staff did not take the time to understand what her appointment was for, furthermore and more importantly my wife was misinformed on what the device would cost and how much insurance would cover.
