Genuinely the worst healthcare facility I've been to and it's a shame this is the only one on campus. There is no rush for anything to get done there. God forbid you have to call them to request a prescription refill because it'll take MULTIPLE CALLS to get through to anyone who can help. The front desk will transfer me to another department that never picks up. I've also requested SEVERAL times for them to send my info to my doctor's office back home so I could avoid the trouble of going through them every time I need a ref... read more
