Pam Goines, Wendy Williams, and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful, and I’ve had no problems getting in to this clinic. It’s so nice to have a local urgent care with such a caring staff!Â
I went in today at 12:30pm 6/20/22 CNP Pamela Goins was so wonderful! It was so refreshing to feel genuinely cared for. The LPN and the receptionest too were so kind also. I keep going back to this location. I have never had a bad experience here.Â
I would just like to say, we came here & the Dr, Wendy Williams & all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. they got us in quick, and was very thorough.Â
Receptionist was rude!! Got sent over there by my doctor because he said they could get us in sooner. Went straight over. Door says they close at 5pm website says 5:30pm we got there at 4:40 and we were too late… nobody in the waiting room either but they said they were closed and couldn’t see my sick son.Â
Everyone we that saw were super nice and and helpful.Â
