Go to any other emergency room. Nurses do not care , doctors are unprofessional. I needed stitches for a deep cut in my knee waited over 5 hours in the emergency room. Had not even been stitched up yet but was wheeled into a room where I was asked for a deposit payment on care?! That does not seem ethical. Was told by a nurse they had a patient in critical condition so everyone else was on hold...Nurses seemed stressed out and unhappy. Go to any other hospital emergency room. Arrived at the hospital with only two people waiting in the emergency room almost 2 hours later still nothing. I watched at least 15 people get Taken into the ER and most walked in on their own power. I wish I had chosen a different ER. Not that I feel I’m entitled, but I have cardiac issues and may be experiencing a blood clot. Who knows anymore.

Horrible experience. Took over 3 hours for labs and CT scan and then told to go to waiting room to wait for doctor. Do not go here! PA came in once and nobody to provide updates came in. I had to keep going to nurse desk for update. Go to trihealth at western ridge.no stars!!!
