If I could leave no stars, I would. My experience at this OB-GYN office was deeply distressing and unacceptable. I dealt with persistent symptoms that went untreated across multiple visits, despite being prescribed antibiotics more than once. A serious infection was eventually confirmed, but only after my condition had significantly worsened. Justeen and her assistant are great! Every time I go for anything I may need they are very helpful. Justeen always comes into the room with a smile and even my husband had mentioned how she seems to really love her job.
I've been a paitent of Suzan Smith for 22-years now. I was unable to see her for a IUD removal, and found another provider that could get me in sooner. I went to the different provider and received horrible care! I couldn't get my IUD removed so I went back to Susan, to see if she could remove it. Suzan was so nice about the situation with the other provider. Suzan did the breast exam and internal exam, once I explained the other provider neglected to do it during my annual.
