This office doesn’t know how to communicate, being they cancelled my appointment i scheduled months ago the DAY OF the appointment because “you can’t switch drs within the practice”. I was first referred to Dr.Lewis. I did not like him, he didn’t listen, and he was very dismissive. I was told I NEED to go back and I said fine but I want to see another surgeon. Unbelievable.... I had neck surgery by Dr Lewis due to neck pain and pins and needles in my neck. That was 2 years ago and the pins and needles went away but the pain just keeps increasing Dr Lewis blames my shoulder surgery done by another surgeon for my uncontrollable pain. It's not from the shoulder surgery. My pain keeps increasing and Dr Lewis always says it doesn't look that bad. He was very nice as a doctor but doesn't listen to me.
Excellent job on my back. Would never go anywhere else.
Dr. Hoeflinger and his staff are wonderful. Everything they told me was exactly what I experienced. The entire staff was professional and very courteous. I strongly recommend Dr. Hoeflinger for anyone experiencing back and spinal problems.
Very friendly and great at what they do.
