I had an excellent stay at Mercy and having a baby was a true joy there, however, I would never go back again after dealing with the incompetent business office. I sent them payment in full and despite having a copy of a cancelled check to mail them, they threatened to turn me into collections. They called everyday and were rude, disruptive, and unprofessional. It has ruined my entire experience with Mercy.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Put surgery off because they said they were understaffed, when i finally came in for surgery they were understaffed again, Dr. did not go over surgery, or what to do after surgery and when I a came out of surgery instead of putting me in post op... read more

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
