I tried to make a doctor appointment. The call looped through some Cisco answering service that asks ME to dial through their directory or wait for the operator for a total of 15 minutes & 30 seconds before telling me good bye and hanging up. Never did get an operator. I am NOT the free labor and have my own job. Get some real people to man the phones or lose customers.
Bill ended up being $1400.... half of that bill was because I was in there for 45 mins..
Dr. Khan did not listen to what i told him. After reading what he wrote down nearly everything was wrong, and contacting him after the appointment was useless.
I came here for a physical for employment and the staff from beg to end was amazing Dr Katie was so nice her whole staff is wonderful i wish all healthcare places had bed side etiquette this place is amazing 😍 I appreciate you all I really hope downstairs staff gets recognized from one healthcare worker to another I APPRECIATE YOU!!!
