Dr. Mateo does not impress. Finally able to go after months of fighting oxygen supply company. Assigned a new doctor, who (husband said a fluctuating 7-9 pain rating) look at the wound said "It's infected, here's some oral and ointment antibiotics. Clean it at home." We drove 30 minutes to a wound care specialist and were left to still sort it out on our own? Horrible response. One more try next week and we will run, not walk, to see any other doctor if her responses are the same. Still waiting on pharmacy to get ointment an... read more
