RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This cancer facility is a disgrace to all cancer patients. Not only is Nancy, at the front desk, the rudest person I’ve ever met, my oncologist certainly did not advocate for me. I cried every single time I left this place because they were so insensitive to my needs. I am now at the HOPE CENTER and they are so compassionate and inform me throughly about my cancer treatment.
Moved to Tennessee. Everyone that there (Ohio) is a team and provides excellent one on one care of clients. Greatly spoiled. Ex: Heated blankets, tv, relaxing chairs, AND refreshments. You're definitely safe in their hands. From the bottom of , I want to thank the team for everything. My God bless you all.
