I was assigned a "Nurse Navigator" in the Cancer Dept. What a BIG disappointment! She was non-existent & I didn't get much help from her at all, except for her giving me a stack of papers & pamphlets on day one! Whenever I did have issues, I'd try calling her & always got a recording which said that she would return my call the next day! No one ever answers the phone, you have to leave a message! Dr. El-Amil is amazing
The first time I met Dr. Kim, he was very pleasant. Very nice. and very thorough. . I recommend Mercy health and their staff tremendously.
