High quality therapy. Competent, friendly, supportive staff. A bit too obsessed with the idea of a "pain number" though. Putting so much emphasis on a person's comfort level right BEFORE an intensive therapy session makes about as much sense as using a person's comfort level before an invasive medical procedure to determine whether to administer anesthesia.
