I, personally can’t say enough positive things about our visits at Mercy. My daughters see Nicole, CNM. She was kind, gentle, and did their visits with ease. They got birth control and she talked to them the entire process, explaining it step by step. Thorough, compassionate, and just a true gem. We will continue our services at this office, and if looking for top notch care, this office has it.
I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment yesterday. I was really nervous about coming in for my annual exam, but both nurses I saw Liz and Nora were so kind and supportive. Nora did my exam and walked me through each step, reassuring me the whole time. She answered all of my questions with patience and never made me feel uncomfortable or silly for asking.
