I have had very good experiences here. The clinic is in the community and walking distance from my home. The staff has always been helpful. It is great to have this as a community resource but also available to the students at the school.

I've been trying to make an appt for 2-3 mos at this location. I left VM twice. I did receive a call back a few weeks ago; the woman told me that they haven't filled the provider spot yet and she wasn't sure when? I hope it's a working clinic soon. I hate to see this happening, as we need more primary care providers in the area. Thank you for letting me share concerns.

Ever since Rachel doll left, this place as went down hill . No one is ever there to answer the phone, they can’t fill a prescription, not sure why/how this place is still in business

Everyone in the office is always so kind and polite. Me and my children have been going there for years. We have never had an issues and eveeyone has always shown us respect and kindness. Not only do they run the mercy health office but they do alot of things with the school. Rachel did girls on the run with my daughter and i have seen her and others do different activities with the kids at the school. I wish i coukd give them more stars because i would.

All the staff are great with my kids. Anytime I need an appointment they get my kids in quickly.
